Sillamae

I%26#39;m hoping to visit Sillamae in August. Has anybody been there?

I%26#39;ll be journeying between Tallinn and Narva by train; are there any station stops on that line close to Sillamae?

That%26#39;s really useful - many thanks for the information. Do you also happen to know if transport from Vaivara station to Sillamae is easy enough (are there buses or taxis available etc.)?

ok, i got to know that Vaivara train stop is only 2km from Sillamäe centre and no possibilities to get lost.

Out of curiosity-why Sillamäe?

I read that there%26#39;s some great architecture and history there. I also like to visit smaller towns as well as big cities. And since I%26#39;m going to Narva anyway, I thought it looked like a good option; the more I read about Sillamae, the more I like it :-)
