Just back from a fantastic time in Tallinn, here%26#39;s a quick review for those of you who, like me, use this site a lot;
1) Taxis - always ask and arrange the fare before you get in, we didn%26#39;t and spent about £20, our own fault.
2) Reval Inn (the one near the port) - very cheap and good hotel. Clean, friendly, amazing showers (very important), and just 5min walk to the bars and clubs. Very good value, look on easyhotel website, it tends to be the cheapest hotel and is very, very good value.
3) Clubs - We did Club Hollywood (great club, average music), and Club Venus (better music, stunning clientele, smaller club). No attitude, lovely women, just so unlike England in such a good way. No R%26#39;n%26#39; B crap, no lairy idiots, we had a really great time.
4) Strip Bars - we only went to Lasso, as it was conveniently situated behind the bowling/pool bar, it was OK. If you want anything more than a dance, take a load of cash. They have obviously cottoned on, and it really isn%26#39;t worth it, especiall as 8/10 of the locals are just as beautiful
5) PLEASE READ - TALLINN IS NOT AS CHEAP AS EVERYONE MAKES OUT. I read this site, other sites, read books, and one of my friends went 3 years ago, all saying how cheap it is. Well it isn%26#39;t. It is cheaper than London but that isn%26#39;t hard.
Overall - the cash aside (i still have no regrets), this is a beautiful city, the women are just stunning, and i mean so many of them. They are friendly too, and a lot will eye you up because without being rude we seem to look better than the majority of Estonian men, I have no idea why this is.
I feel it is only a matter of time before the prices go up and up, but we had a great time, with so many friendly people.
Oh, and try the archery in the woods. It lasts 3 hours and is a great laugh.

Thanks for this most helpful review!
Exactly what were the prices on hotels and food?
|||
We used easyhotel.com, very good site and cheap as chips, we has 3 twin rooms and it worked out at £45 each for the three nights.
Food varies, depending what you eat and where you eat it. They all have menus outside so make your own judgement before entering.

I have to say it%26#39;s a great place to go being on my 20th visit i love the place, The ladies seem to like the English a little more due to the clothes we wear and the money we have,I have a few Estonian male friends who i go drinking with and they say the same,the women are lovely are very warm when you get to know them:}
