I read that best way to change to EEK is to exchange at Marks%26amp;Spencer. Does it mean that we go to M%26amp;S outlet and get our money changed there?

I think better is change here in Tallinn, but not in Airport or Harbor bau in the bank (here are many bank officies, even in shopping centries)

Today bank buys GBP with rate 19.6165 and USD 10.0465. I dont know how much are M%26amp;s rates..

Our Tallinn tour operator suggested Tavid, located close to the main gates of the Old City. We later discovered this really was the best option as the smaller ones located on Viru street charged commission.

Note! The rates get better the more you exchange.
