Hi, we are starting off in Tallinn, then Helsinki and St. Petersburg. Unfortunately, we then have to return to Tallinn for one night before catching a return flight the following morning. Any ideas on where a family of four (with adult size teenagers) could spend one night fairly cheaply?

Hi
by www. hotelclub.net i can recommend Tatari 53 or City Guesthouse. Old town and many eating palces are very close. You can choose one* hotel, they are better than some Londons *** hotels. Just Choose hotel in city centre-so its easier.
Near Airport (500m) is Ulemiste hotel, near this hotels a huge shopping centre also.
Have a great time!

Maybe this could be ssomething:www.White-villa.com
or Romeo familyhotel.
White villa is about 10 min. with tram and 5 mininutes walk, but in a very nice, safe and quiet area. But there are not nllowed to smoke or use alcohol inside the house, but there¨s a smoking area outside.
Romeo family hotel is in the center of Tallinn, it%26#39;s in the busiest bar street, and there was no problems with noise in wintertime, but I don%26#39;t know how this is at summer. I think it%26#39;s might be noisy. And they also have apartments for rent in the center of Tallinn.

My family and I (including two adult-sized teens) stayed at Allee Guesthouse for four nights in July 2004. It%26#39;s not right in the Old Town, but easy to access by bus/streetcar. It was on a quiet residential street, spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was extra but reasonable and generous. I%26#39;d definitely go there again.

Depends also will you be arriving by plane, car, bus or train. If you arrive by train some people have found Go Hotel Shnelli reasonably priced and as located next to the railway station it is convenient should you arrive by train. (I have not stayed there myself - being a local -, so can not comment on anything but the location ).
But you will find a number of other opportunities from the Tripadvisor Hotel/B%26amp;B/Other section to make a choice best meeting your requirements.
