Air Baltic Air Sim Card- help

I purchased a SIM card over the internet and it was mailed to me. But I don%26#39;t seem to be able to use it. I tried to make a call and it says there is no money. However, I paid 10 euros for time when I bought the card. In the instructions, it says something about entering a pin number - pin1. The numbers on the card don%26#39;t have a pin1 listed - only pin that is 0000 and pin2 that is 1111. Anyone have suggestions on how to get it working?

I have a GSM cell phone that is unlocked so I can use it anywhere in the world where I travel as long as I buy a SIM card from that country. Look up SIM card in Wikapedia.

If I were you, I would just go to an R-kiosk and buy a simpel card, it costs 50 kroon, and has 50 kroon credit on it! I also have never heard of this Air Baltic sim.
