I went to the area where this is held and it is impressive,would love to come back and experience this amazing spectacle.

This seems a really good idea for a July getaway to lovely Estonia. Do tickets to the event need to be purchased with much advance?
|||
Tickets are sold in the gate, no need to buy advance. There is no ticketlimit, Songfest is on open air, and this square fits more than 100 000 people, usually there are more than 50 000 guests.
I recommend to buy most exspencive ticetks and sit on in a good place. Those exspencive tickets are not very exspencive at all.. (10-13 usd)
Welcome

Good to know, as if I decide to go it will only be at last minute.
I saw a link on their site to the purchasing of tickets but it was in estonian and could not understand it.
Thank you Hellin for clarification.

If you want to come to the Song Festival (Laulupidu) then the main problem will finding accommodation, since most of the accommodation facilities are already booked.
|||
EVERYone%26#39;s heard of the Song Festival,
beorgiBG. It%26#39;s a cliché of the TV travel programmes.

Hi
Not only will accommodation be difficult to find it will be more expensive than usual.

Jackie is correct as always... Accommodation is hard to find and at a higher price.
This is the main event of the Summer.
The event will be fantastic..
