Are the bars child friendly? Can i take an 11 year old in to one. Plus whats the price of a beer in Tallinn

Depends on the bar....
Most bars allow babies and children in now as all bars are none smoking.
In the summer months many of the bars are family bars in my option.Up to a limit of time of day though. So from 9am until 6pm. Not a problem...
Beer prices range from 35eek (£1.75)- 50eek (£2.5) inside bars. please be aware that there are terraces in the summer and prices are very much different on the terrace ranging from 45eek to 70eek

Thank you for you detailed reply. We are staying at the Reval hotel. Is there anywhere near by cheap and cheerful ? We are on a budget, so looking mainly for pizza places and fast food, with the idea of eating in a nice restaurant once or twice, in the 5 days we are there.
Oh before i forget, is there a supermarket near by ?

There is a large supermarket complex 5mins from the hotel, walk towards the harbor cannot miss it.
Fast food places also in this shopping complex
Lots of places to eat nearby, steak house on your way to old town.
