Hotel near Coach Station

I made reservations for the 7:00 am bus to Riga. Any suggestions of hotels near the station? The ticket is with Eurolines Baltic.I have a guide book that shows 2 stations on opposite sides of the city. Can I assume we can get a taxi to the bus station at that hour?

I have reservations at the Imperial Baltic (Nunne St 14) based on the reviews on Trip Advisor. Is this a convenient location to the station? We wnt to be in the heart of the city.

Well, actually there is only one bus station (it%26#39;s called Tallinna Bussijaam if you want to google it). The other one in the guide book could be the few bus stops near the train station, I suppose?

Nunne St is in the old town, so it%26#39;s very much in the city. Good location. The public transport connection from Nunne St to the bus station isn%26#39;t very good, so you%26#39;d probably have to take a taxi. Getting a taxi shouldn%26#39;t be a problem and it isn%26#39;t too expensive.

Near the bus station the milieau isn%26#39;t quite the same as in the old town. The closest hotelst would be Reval Olümpia (10-15 min walking; alternatively buses no 17A or 23A, bus stop is a few hundred metres away), Swissotel (15 min walking or tram no 1) and Radisson SAS (20 min walking or tram no 1).

Irvik is right - no hotels really near the bus station besides the Olumpia - and Nunne street is not far from the bus station anyway, about a 100 eek taxi fare which your hotel can call for you, rather than hailing one. The bus station is close to the airport on the southerly road out of town (off Tartu highway). The only other one I can think of is in the basement of Kaubamaja, which serves Tallinn city limits, and county possibly. The Tallinn bus station is not in the old town so any hotel nearby will be a business style hotel.

I love Trip Advisor members!! I just changed the reservation to the Nordic Forum Hotel...brand new and has so many amenities in addition to the convenience to the bus station. THANK YOU all for your wonderful suggestions.
