Stag Weekend - Help needed

I am the stag on an up and coming stag weekend in Tallinn in March. There will be 12 of us. While we like having a good time we do not fit in to the stereotypical stag party. However I do realize the vast number of us and me walking round in a dress might indeed brand us as such. As I appreciate we are in a different country and do not want to upset the locals could anyone advise of the following.

Are there any bars to go to and any we should avoid?

Are there any nightclubs to avoid /visit?

Are there any restaurants to avoid/visit?

Are there any strip bars to avoid/visit?

Has anyone been to the cigar lounges?

Has anyone been to the casino in the Reval hotel and what is it like?

We are staying in Hotel Olyumpia (excuse the spelling),what is it like?

Can anyone recommend activities to do during the day? I hear the brewery tour is good.

I have seen some posts about stag parties not being welcome. Is this still the case. Needless to say I should have posted this before booking.

Thank you for your response.
