I was in Tallinn last week and got a cracking appartment right in the old town through erel.ee Very friendly people and good value if there is a few of you.

New reply to old post. Apartment rental from www.erel.ee of Raekoja Res #8 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was fantastic. May 28 - 31, 2008 When we booked the rate per night for 3 nights was about $150 USD. It was a great apartment with view of town square, triple pane windows so quiet too. Nice kitchen and all.

Many of these flats can be rented for short-term too.
