weather in november

Hi, am planning to visit Estonia with husband and 10 mth old baby in end november - what will the weather be like at that time?

Thank you for that - a few more questions:

1. in november are attractions still open, even though it is not peak season?

2. what time does it get dark?

3. we are thinking of visiting Saaremaa - is it feasible with the weather conditions? will it be difficult to get to the island at this time?

4. we were thinking of hiring a car and driving around, and visiting a few of the National Parks - what will the driving conditions be at that time (ie icy roads?), and also if we wanted to go for short walks (we%26#39;re not serious hikers) with the baby in the National Parks (not main towns) is it better to use a baby back pack or are the walking paths suitable for a strong buggy?
