Estonian banks

Will Estonian banks let foreigners open accounts? I%26#39;d like to open a bank account for the 3 months while I%26#39;m in Estonia, to make it easier but I didn%26#39;t know if they had any regulations against foreigners opening bank accounts...does anyone know?

yes, foreigners can open bankaccounts in Estonia, in any bank (and i believe its free) , and they are welcome in the banks.

as you see most of the EStonian banks belong to Finnish or Swedich capital..
