Someone told me that in the estonian zone of Parnu there are termal centers. is that so? Any information about that? Is it easy to get there from Tallin?

There are plenty of health spas in Parnu if that is what you mean. They do various treatments including mud baths.
It is easy to get there. Express buses go every hour and take under 2 hours to get there. The buses are not expensive.

There are also these sauna complexes, where you can find several types of saunas (aroma, steam, salt), bubble baths and one of those has a Japanese bath too (very hot water).
