My whole family are going to Tallinn in mid November to celebrate my triplets 21st birthdays. I%26#39;d like to know how much we need to take for food %26amp; drink. Any suggestions for a reasonably priced restaurant for the actual night of their 21st where we could enjoy a party atmoshere? There will be 10 of us in all aged 18 - 62 but all young at heart. Any other suggestions and ideas would be greatly appreciated. Will we need snow gear or just hats %26amp; coats?

We have recently returned from a week in Tallinn.
Prices are generally a bit cheaper than the UK with pubs like Hell Hunt and Karja Kelder being excellent value. Our favourite places were:
Hell Hunt - great pub with fantastic tume (dark) beer and good home cooking. Also plenty of locals, which is always a good sign.
Must Lammas - Georgian restaurant. Excellent mildly spiced food.
Mookhala - smart seafood restaurant
Troika - Russian restaurant. Make sure you pre-book.
For your 21st party Troika would be an excellent choice and the Old Hansa looked like great fun, although we did not eat there oursleves.
P.S. I hope you like pork!
